Hammersmith Support, a WordPress website development and maintenance company with locations in Nashville and Phoenix, is calling for entries for its third annual pro bono competition.
The Nashville nonprofit that is selected as a new Hammersmith Support pro bono customer will receive one year of website maintenance, including site backups and updates to live staging copies, security scans and malware prevention, site optimization, full monthly site testing, submission to Google Search Console and 24 hours for new developments throughout the year.
Williamson County nonprofits are eligible to apply.
“Fostering our community is an important part of what makes Hammersmith Support who we are,” Heather Locke, Hammersmith Support’s Head of Support, said in a press release. “As a pillar of our business, we strive to help those around us in a variety of ways. Throughout the year, we participate in service projects and giving campaigns – and we also think it makes sense that we also donate our talent.
“Every year we select a non-profit organization and provide them with our maintenance services free of charge for a full year. During this year, we update the website not only inside, but make changes in content and add infrastructure that benefits users as well as the organization.
Establishing a presence in Nashville in 2021, Hammersmith Support is looking for a Nashville-area nonprofit to serve. Interested non-profit organizations should go here to apply between now and the application deadline on Sunday, March 13, for the chance to receive a one-year maintenance package from Hammersmith Support.
The winning association will be selected at the beginning of April. Previous recipients of this giveaway include the Phoenix Center for the Arts and the #LoveUp Foundation.
